Two men entered the building at 6am wearing backpacks and riding bikes. They entered the parking garage using a key to the regular-type door next to the garage door. This is probably an inside job. They shoved their bikes into the back of the car and then drove away. While fitting their bikes into the car they removed the two child seats from the car and placed them on the ground. We have the two men on video tape.
