This is a red kia soul that was stolen in the middle of the night. There was not an option in the drop down menu for Soul so I just used sportage. It was parked on constitution avenue the night of the 17th and when I woke up at )am it was gone. The back window has a US Navy sticker on it and it has Washington state plates. Any information would be so greatly appreciated!
