The car was last seen parked in front of 23329 Hughes St, Hazel Park MI where it was parked/towed to when it broke down on 9 mile rd by the funeral home. We believe the car was fixed to run out of gas a short way from home so it would be left unattended long enough so the car be sold to a local scrap dealer and/or junkyard. The title was left in the car and the guy we know stole the car broke in and retrieved the title, signed it, and then sold it.
