My can was stolen sometime between 3pm and 8:30pm on Saturday, 12/17/11 from the MacArthur BART station. The jurisdiction is under BART Police. The thief is driving my car back and forth over the Carquinez and Bay Bridges using my Fastrak. I am wondering if my car winds up in Richmond. I have notified the CHP. Please call Police if found!
