Driver Antonio Pinckney was arrested for possession of crack cocaine. Car was entrusted to passenger Gerald Simmons, who has no known address. His address & phone numbers on the police report are old/ outdated/ disconnected.

UPDATE: Gerald Simmons delivered the Kia to Antonio's uncle Wendell Johnson on Oct. 10. On Oct. 12 a thief stole the key from Wendell's home and drove the car away. New North Charleston PD report # 2019031195.
