I filed a report the morning of and state of Texas requires me to mail a letter to the culprit as I knew them even though they were arrested a day later not in possession of the vehicle. Houston continued to require letter mailed. My car has NOT been reported, towed, or found and will not until the letter is returned to me unopened. I refuse to sit by any longer! I have nothing to gain from losing this car. It is in my husbands name and my mother in law has insurance with me as a driver. I will however continue to lose until I ultimately have to file bankruptcy... I need this vehicle returned to me so I can finish paying for it to continue visitation with my child
