Witness saw a very tall African-American male wearing jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt get out of a white Chevrolet Tahoe with blacked out windows walk up to the driver side of our truck, look in the window and some how get in and drive the truck away without a key or breaking the window and drive away in a matter of seconds.
