Reported to Saginaw Police Dept. and placed on Law Enforcement Information Network (LEIN) database... Had 15-day temporary paper plate that expired 4/20/19...New metal permanent MI plate is in our possession...vehicle may be hidden since temp plate expired... May be driven by a woman and and her boyfriend, both in their 30's... Woman's boyfriend is from Bay City, Michigan - vehicle maybe be in that area also...
