Vehicle was stolen by a Native American man with many tattoos. Probably heading out of town south on HWY 44 or HWY 79.

Vehicle was stolen by a 25 year old Native American male, with tattoos on his neck and teardrop tattoos on left side of his face. May have headed south out of Rapid City, on HWY 44 or HWY 79.
